"The price of $60.00 was fair for one nights lodging. However, the hotel is in need of general remodeling, i.e., Indication of fair wear & tear was evident in our room. Our room could use new wall paper, painting, new carpeting, better general cleaning along baseboards,etc. Ceiling had water marks, etc. The price for on site resturant/room service was a little bit on the high side."
